Yesss…I know I am late but I just had to give my take on the guys that rocked the best looks for the 2012 Grammy Awards.
- Common - about the only man who made casual look work for the night.
- Adam Levine - although his girl, Anne V., looked like she wasn’t wearing much, Adam did well with a blue three piece. The striped shirt was a great contrast to the solid suite and tie combo.
- Jared, Caleb, and Nathan Followill - The men of Kings of Leon showed up looking like a million bucks. The family trio were hands down the best suited men on the red carpet.
And just to rant: Bruno would have had a better chance without the cuffed pants.

A whole lot of stuff at Brooks Brothers right now. Here are my picks:
OK, the last two aren’t under $50, but they’re great deals. Check their clearance section to find more things.

Alex Wilson, the student featured in The Style Blogger’s latest post, showcases some great pieces on sale at Lands’ End Canvas: the herringbone sportcoat, the windbreaker, and the 100% lambswool sweater.
He pretty much sold me on the latter, but I think I’ll hold out for a promo code.
Lands’ End Canvas sales seem to be pretty top notch. I think the sweater is about to be a new addition to my wardrobe.

Yesterday, Our buddy + fellow Denim Crafter Roy, paid us a visit. Roy swung through North Carolina to check up on his new batch of loomstate denim rolling through the plant at White Oak in Greensboro. He and his colleagues, Self Edge denim dealer, Kiya Babzani and film director, Kellen Dengler, were eating their way through North Carolina and stopped by for the afternoon to eat barbecue, geek out on machinery and talk the warp & weft.

I have really got to get my hands on a pair of Raleigh Denim! My old roommate introduced me to the brand about a year ago, but I’ve never had the chance to invest. And I’m all about supporting a North Carolina brand!
